Drug Safety Specialist
Hays Life Sciences has partnered with a top 10 originator pharmaceutical company in seeking a Drug Safety Specialist for their Hungarian affiliate.

The purpose of the role is provide pharmacovigilance support and evaluate, process adverse events of marketed drugs in Hungary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmacovigilance support and ensure evaluation and processing of adverse events including reporting to competent authorities.
• Ensure accurate translation and documentation of all relevant information in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance related legislation at the affiliate.
• Develop and manage safety reports for the whole portfolio.
• Contribute to and liaise with Global Drug Safety department internally.

Requirements:

• Preferably M.D. or PharmD or other university degree in life science discipline
• Proven track record in pharmacovigilance in the pharmaceutical industry or competent government authorities.
• Flexibility and ability to adopt changes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliability, able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian.
• Computer literacy.
