We have an excellent opportunity for a Documents and Records Administrator.
You will be responsible for developing, loading and maintaining documents onto Configured Document Management System (CDMS) to ensure that approved documents are readily available.
Carry out activities in compliance with document and records procedures to ensure the documents and records are managed to satisfy site licence requirements, statutory regulations, company and local directives, procedures and safety rules to ensure customer focus.
Index, store and protect master documents to ensure they are safely secured and easily retrievable in accordance with Company requirements.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in accordance with Document Management queries.
As part of the Document and Records Team, contribute to continuous performance improvements and proactive management of business KPIs.
Provide support to the on-site Central Emergency Support Centre (CESC).
Deliver Document Management training to Business Users.
Some travel may be required.
GCSE/National Qualification standards (or equivalent) which should include English and Mathematics.
Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills.
Good analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat would be desirable.
Experienced in Configured Document Management System would be desirable.
Has a working knowledge of company processes and associated tools and systems for the management of documents and records (desirable).
