For the purposes of implementation of on-going and planned projects as well as expansion of business in Hungary we are looking for highly qualified and professional candidates for the position:

The main responsibilities (job description):

►  Organises, plans and manages work processes and operations at a branch in Hungary
►  Manages the execution of the strategic goals of the company;
►  Develops the sales strategy to increase market share of the company in Hungary;
►  Represents the employer in relations with the third parties;
►  Proposes the fundamentals of business policy for the upcoming period;
►  Proposes a plan and a programme of activities for the upcoming period;
►  Manages human resources;
►  Analyses the results of the branch and takes measures for their improvement;
►  Monitors and reports Management on the activities of the branch on regular basis;
►  Responsible for the annual budget, the costs and the cash flow;
►  Responsible for the legal operations of the company.




►  College or University education (economics, trade, finance…);
3-5 years of experience in sales and finance departments (preferably in the markets of Hungary, Germany, Serbia) on the managerial positions;

Organisational and communication skills, independence in work, flexibility and initiative in carrying out tasks and the willingness to work in team;
Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English languages is necessary (desirable knowledge of Serbian language);
Knowledge of laws, bylaws and regulations of Hungary;
Precision, accuracy and work;
Excellent organisational and managerial skills;
Focus on the results of work;
Independence, initiative and creativity in the work;
Capability to lead and motivate people;
Excellent computer skills - High level of computer literacy
Driver’s licence B category
