Our client has over 25 years’ experience and a deep knowledge of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets. We are looking for a Desktop Support Team Leader for their fast growing team.
- Providing day to day support for the Budapest based staff - Supporting and mentoring the global desktop team - Answering, evaluating and prioritizing requests for assistance from users experiencing IT related problems (software, hardware, networking, telecommunication) - Supporting and troubleshooting in the maintenance of Windows operating systems - Creating and improving the global team processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or IT related discipline or equivalent - 5+ years of experience in desktop support and willingness to coordinate the daily work of the colleagues - Fluency in English is a must - Wide knowledge of troubleshooting of PC hardware and peripherals - Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems 7/8/10
