Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for Desk Based Service Manager to their Budapest-based business services center.
- The role holder is responsible for service development/service improvement activities within a defined customer base, either nationally or on a multi-country basis - Act as a single point of contact for in-life management; keep active contact with the customer - Ensure that the service continues to meet any changing requirements - Handle escalations: monitor the status of the problem and ensure that everything is being done to resolve as quickly as possible. If any escalation is required, the DBSM will initiate these on behalf of their customer - Incident management: provide regular feedback to the customer during the duration of the incident and reports - Hold conferences or (visits when required) with the customer - Launch and manage Service Improvement Plan
- At least 2 years experience in Customer Service, SSC field - Fluent English and fluent German is mandatory - College or university degree - Able to do multi-task - Excellent problem solving and communication skills - Proactive thinking, team-player attitude
