YOUR TASK
  • Provide operative, administrative and representative tasks related to the department
  • Organize the daily routine of the head of department: managing the calendar, making appointments
  • Organize business trips and meetings
  • Hosting and supplying  guests, ensure their accomodation and the conditions of their work
  • Internal and external mailig in English and Hungarian
  • Handle invoices and contracts
  • Smaller translating tasks
  • Handling and managing different databases
  • Making statistics and presentations
YOUR PROFIL
  • College degree, economic studies advantageous
  • English knowledge at intermediate level
  • At least two years of experience in similar job
  • Advanced level of MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
