In charge of our prestigious international Client we are searching for a Department Sales Manager Hungary to manage a dedicated sales&marketing team and further develop and grow the business on the Hungarian market.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Member of the local HU and Central European Leadership Team
- Own and manage the local HU business P&L, be accountable for > EUR 750mln turnover
- Define and implement the country sales strategy and goals
- Manage 5 to 10 strategically important customers personally
- Lead, develop and direct the sales team (4 person) as a direct line manager and continuously coach people on areas for improvement
- Monitor business performance and ensure team is setup and focused to deliver the country strategy
- Ensure excellent working relationships with other departments
- Observe local and neighboring markets regarding competitive developments for value creation
- Control and coordinate the continuous improvement of sales processes towards increasing efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction
- Manage a local production plant from a P&L, operational and strategic point and ensure highest standards implemented and monitored
- Participate in national and international projects as know-how owner for the area of responsibility
- Support the regional heads in steering the country personnel
- Ensure implementation and application of country and corporate directives/ procedures
- As a proxy holder, represent the Hungarian company towards internal and external stakeholders

- University degree - preferably in Business/Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant business experience in a top tier company with a proven successful track record
- Previous exposure to B2B sales, personnel management, business and project management, planning and budgeting a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written English, native level of Hungarian language (German language knowledge is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Evolved negotiation and communication skills
- Self-starting character with independent working style
- Dynamic, self-supporting, sales-driven personality
- Good at change management
- 'B' category driving license
