Our Client is the world's largest direct selling company, operating in more than 70 markets all over the world providing flexible business solutions to global market businesses, now looking for a candidate with excellent reporting, administrative skills in the position of Back Office Supervisor.
The Back Office (BO) actively supports the BDMs and SCs by taking over administrative tasks such as:
- Support the local sales team members in database management related issues - Provide valuable and accurate sales reports to the finance team - Collect and organise relevant data regarding sales accounts - Conducting research on account dynamics and performances (supporting date gathering for analytical work)
- Native\fluent English knowledge - Extended knowledge of MS Excel - Good analytical thinking and data mining skills - Relevant experience in IT environment/Database administration - Experience in reporting, administration or customer managment is an advantage - Very good communication skills - Ability to resolve issues in pragmatic manner
