|
Liaises with Mobility Delivery Centre and HR Partners to determine outbound assignees' salary package |
|
| Duties: |
|
Liaises with Mobility Delivery Centre and HR Partners to determine outbound assignees' salary package
Liaises with managers, associated companies CFP and external service providers to ensure all legal requirements surrounding assignments are fulfilled (work permit, social security coverage,etc)
Works closely with IA Tax and IA Payroll to ensure the correct processing of assignees' payroll and tax reporting.
Populates HRA with beginning and end of assignment details
Proceeds to out-of-cycle payments to assignees
Follow-up of advances and loans to assignees to ensure timely repayment.
Answers assignees' queries
Ensures contact with country process teams to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of designated processes
Takes part in Sarbanne-Oxley and other business controls testings |
