to join our Budapest Call Center:
Slovak/Czech Speaking Qualification Agent
• Providing in-depth technical support for customers
• Answering inbound phone calls and e-mails in Slovak and Czech language
• Administration of all cases in an SAP-based system
• Meeting the quality requirements
• Native or near-native Slovak/Czech language knowledge
• Good PC skills, willingness to learn more about technical related problems
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Customer oriented attitude
• Conversational English is a must
