CZECH/SLOVAK SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Customer Support Technician is responsible for the technical support of notebooks and other IT products.
- Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails in CZECH or SLOVAK language
- Providing support
- Identifying technical problems and solving them according to the internal procedures
- Being responsible for administrative tasks
- Fluent CZECH or SLOVAK language knowledge
- Conversational English or Hungarian language knowledge is must
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good technical skills
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Previous technical support experience
