As a Czech Speaking Office Administrator your daily tasks will be:

supporting sales department in administrative tasks (contracts, orders, proposals)
to collaborate with the sales team and with the other divisions as well
to understand clients requirements and fulfil them compliant

The ideal candidate for this position:

• has Bachelor’s Degree
• has experience in customer-facing position
• is fluent in English and Czech
• has excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• having experience in SSC or multinational working environment is a big advantage
