Our multinational (non SSC) partner from the life science industry is looking for a Czech speaking logistic administrator.
In this role you will be responsible for: - Manage, support and administrate all stock management related activities - Administrate and follow up the shipments and orders in the ERP system - Provide responsive support by engaging and responding to clients issues related to the orders via e-mails or phone calls - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of requests; monitor the processes - Ensure appropriate escalation of issues to other parties if necessary - Keeping contact with all the suppliers, subcontractors
- Fluent Czech and English - Experience in warehouse management and/or logistics - Advanced excel skills - Accuracy and punctuality in work - Client-focused approach - Strong problem solving skills - Excellent planning and organizing
