• Prioritizing the workload according to requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Tracking the details of processed documents in a web based tool to ensure proper reporting mechanism
• Making sure that information captured during previous processes is correct and making adjustments and derivations as necessary
• Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues.
• Fluent in English and in Czech,
• Solid financial background would be an advantage,
• Analytical skills, accurate and precise personality,
• Ability to multi-task, adapt rapidly to constant change in processes and technology.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
