We are looking for the following professional
to join our Budapest Call Center:

CZECH / SLOVAK SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Customer Support Technician is responsible for the technical support of notebooks and other IT products.

Tasks:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails in CZECH or SLOVAK language
  • Providing support
  • Identifying technical problems and solving them according to the internal procedures
  • Being responsible for administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Fluent CZECH or SLOVAK language knowledge
  • Conversational English or Hungarian language knowledge is must
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good technical skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
