Czech or Slovak Speaking Financial Specialist

  • Booking problematic invoices
  • Rebooking/correcting invoices if incorrect entries are made
  • Resolve back office related queries related to invoices
  • Receive incoming queries (calls and e-mails) from internal and external customers
  • Take ownership of finding resolutions to all queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide regular feedback on status of resolution
  • Investigate root causes in cooperation with other departments
  • Compile, deliver and analyse reports and provide proposals for corrective actions
  • Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • 1+year relevant Accounts Payable/Helpdesk/Call centre experience
  • Financial, Accountancy or Economist degree
  • SAP skills
