On behalf of our fast growing world wide known mulitnational partner we are looking for new colleagues to their support team in Budapest
Customer Support Expert (English - Spanish speaking)
- Performing troubleshooting on all incoming calls emails, problem management
- Provide customer service and offer solutions to customers during and after their travels
- Escalation on calls in case of special booking problems
- Managing incoming calls and recording all the call-related information on the internal system
- Review support documentation and recommend changes and additional information
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory (native level is prefered)
- Native speakers are welcome but Valid Work Permit for Hungary is mandatory
- Strong customer and team-oriented focus, process approach
- Able to type quickly (35 words per minute) in foreign language
- Excellent communication skills, client-oriented
- Willingness to work in shifts
