Our client is a multinational provider of communication technology and services for which we look for English speaking Customer Support Engineers to their Budapest-based office.

• Dealing with Customer Support Requests (CSR) received by web, phone or e-mail, related to audio-visual data-communications systems
• Gathering necessary data from customers about any specific problem addressed to System Support
• Investigation of technical problems and trouble shooting of systems
• Working with assigned CSRs, while using support tools according to global support processes and procedures
• Engaging in communication with Service Development Center, 3rd Line Application Support and Design engineers
• Actively engaging in communication with the company's Global Service Development Center, 3rd Line Application Support and Design engineers
• Conducting specific Front Office administrational activities
• Mentor less experienced colleagues
• Occasional trips of a few weeks to other countries may be required
• BSc or higher level in a technical discipline (or the equivalent level of knowledge)
• Have experience in testing and troubleshooting IP networks
• Is familiar with Linux system administration
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Good communication abilities
• Customer-focused approach
