For our multinational client we are looking for Customer Support Agents with fluent French and English.
The things you must have/know:
- At least 0,5 years of experience in Customer Service/Call Center/IT Helpdesk, but fresh graduates are also welcome!
- Fluent French and English
- Internet and mailing
- Software and hardware knowledge
- Problem solving skills and customer centric communication
- Team work
- Willingness to work in various shifts
Duties and tasks:
- Handling incoming calls and e-mails in French
- Identifying users
- Registration of user problem and request
- Problem solving or forwarding - according to problem level
- Provide first level resolutions
- Other tasks specified by the leaders
