We are looking for a Customer Sercive Specialist for our multinational client into their office located in Budapest. The company is specialized in producing and selling products in the field of electronics, information technology and telecommunication.
• manage high level (fast, precise, and effective) voice of customer service activity (VOC control) • manage, handle and answer customers' questions, inquires and complaints in line with the requirements • support the marketing team in CRM registration and other customer service queries • manage repair requirements of in-shop un-sold products • create weekly/monthly statistics related to the job
• minimum BA/BSC degree or close to graduation • active intermediate Engish knowledge • written and verbal outstanding communication skills • computer literacy experience in customer services or in service support is an advantage • precise way of working • good adaptation skills • flexible, able to work under pressure
