Our client is a multinational company who opened a business process outsourcing centre in Budapest 2004. They are providing a wide range of services, including Finance & Accounting, Collections, Customer Service and System support. They are looking for a professional in the position.
Customer Service Specialist with Polish language Feladatok:
- Provide support and customer service and handle incoming queries of customers
- Solving customers' elementary general problems
- Providing information about the service
- Achieve the defined Service Level targets
- Resolve all customers complaints and prevent reoccurrence
- Log calls from customers onto Contact Management System and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues
- Demonstrate a high level of service when helping a customer, adjust approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience
- Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners.
- Responsible for data entry and administration
- College/ university degree is preferred
- Fluent in Polish and high level of English
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Ability and desire to provide outstanding customer service, customer-focused approach
- Multitasking skills and team spirit
- Excellent communication skill
- Effective troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Experience with GDS applications (Amadeus, Galileo, Apollo)
- Practice in the field of tourism, at travel agencies or airlines
