Customer Service Specialist - Sheffield

For our UK company, based in Sheffield we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist. Based within the Customer Services function you will provide a high level customer service to the assigned market: including order processing, query handling, sales support and communication with internal and external customers.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Supporting the order management function (order processing, bookings, despatches)
• Liaising with our warehouse for shipping orders and receiving returns, raising necessary customer credits
• Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.), specific customer requests & providing excellent customer service
• Running daily reports for order tracking
• Updating price information in Oracle
• Uploading customer information into their web portals & providing stock & order information
• Exporting data into various formats for National Account Managers
• Reviewing monthly stock reconciliations, investigating differences & processing adjustments
• Filing & General Office Tasks
Your profile

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a customer service background and be an excellent communicator (both written and oral). Have the initiative to work independently as well as in part of a team. You should be flexible, able to multitask & prioritize and have very good organization and prioritizing skills.
Technical requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Good working knowledge of order management function in Oracle
• Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
