Customer Service Specialist (English-Czech speaking)
- Handle orders of the clients, track pervous record of their activity
- Schedule deliveries, track and refresh CRM system of the company
- Interact and communicate with customers in order to manage the customer portfolio
- Follow-up the process, make sure that the client is content
- Report to team leader and other entities of the company
- Build up a close relationship with the customers by regularly calling and visiting them with an objective (i.e. survey of service satisfaction, communication, etc)
- BA degree, preferably in Economics
- Excellent Czech and English knowledge
- 2-4 years experience in customer relations, logiscits or any other commercial role
- Sales-attitude, helpful personality
