We are looking for a new colleague in our young and effective Supply Chain team in the following position around 2-3 years limited period:
Customer Service Representative
- Order handling for our existing customers mainly abroad. Direct contact with customers to manage their demand based on frame contracts and spot agreements.
- Order entry in the Oracle ERP system and maintenance of master data e.g. item creation, customer master and customer reference lists.
- Coordination of new artwork creation
- Forecast maintenance
- Supporting the account manager - being the “First contact” for our customers during account manager`s absence.
- Coordination of the customer demand under consideration of lead time and capacity constraints.
- Diploma in the field of logistics is preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience in the field of customer relation or similar area.
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, skills of Oracle system preferred)
- High level of German, both written and verbal.
- Good level of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to be “safe” and “careful” with entering data into system.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and prioritize depending on the requirements.
- Good communication and people skills
- Open minded and team spirit
