Our Client is an European specialist in entertainment services on the internet, with solid internal expertise in key areas of the web. It has its own technical infrastructure development and generates around 30 million monthly visits.
Provide support to customers by answering incoming e-mails, telephone requests and internet chats to ensure utmost client satisfaction;
Provide support to other departments in the company by initiating outgoing calls and emails to customers, as well as gathering information necessary for the customer on boarding;
Work hand in hand with the Fraud Department to resolve problems and facilitate solutions in a timely manner;
Liaise with the technical team to resolve customer questions, concerns and issues and to ensure that the sites are working well;
Regularly provide feedback and customer suggestions to the manager;
Carry out any administration tasks that may arise, to support both the Management and Finance departments.
Previous customer service experience is required;
Excellent command of the English Language (working knowledge of the Dutch, French or German language will be considered an asset);
