Customer Service Representative

Leader companies of Hungary are seeking students, fresh graduates and senior professionals!


Typical Tasks:

  • Interact with customers and stakeholders in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction,
  • managing customer requests and queries,
  • entering customer orders and following them up,
  • logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion,
  • Phone, Email and Web support to resolve outstanding invoicing issues,
  • work in cooperation with team members from Sales, Inside Sales and technical support to help resolve issues, and find improvements which increase ease of doing business, and prevent those issues arising again,
  • participate in process improvement projects on an ad-hoc basis.

Typical Requirements:

  • College or university degree,
  • intermediate English and Fluency in French / Spanish / German/ Italian / Polish,
  • excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills,
  • high level of IT proficiency (MS Office, SAP),
  • good organizing and time management skills,
  • self-development skills; works to improve him/herself on inter-personal skills.
