Customer Service Representative


The Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of HR solutions, is looking for a professional for its partner in the following position:


Customer Service Representative






  • Keeping daily contact with foreign and domestic customers and administrators in business processes
  • Sales order input into SAP for domestic and foreign contracts concluded by the sales representatives
  • Checking and supplementing the orders into SAP system
  • Monitoring the stocks based on SAP system, giving information on the availability of goods when necessary
  • Continuously updating the related import, domestic and export files
  • Calculating the actual import price, taking into consideration the transport cost and the commission
  • Continuous monitoring of sales order portfolio, making regular reports






  • Fluent English is a must
  • At least Secondary School with Economics background
  • One or two years professional experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Mobility
  • Good communication skills
