Customer Service Representative with English AND Dutch language

Ensure that complex customer enquiries and complaints escalated by the Customer Service Front and Back Office Agents are solved within a specified service level and time, by reaching the highest possible level of service, courtesy and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

• Liaise with other departments to resolve customer enquiries
• Negotiating with consumers and businesses to find the most appropriate action around warranty enquiries and general returns of items purchased
• Working with other internal departments to provide solutions to customers
• Following business procedures to resolve enquiries whilst protecting profitability
• Interacting with purchasing and accounts payable teams
• Working in a team to achieve predetermined SLA’s and customer satisfaction
• Participate in activities that improve service levels and customer satisfaction
• Receive and handle incoming customer calls, emails, chat enquiries in line with required service levels and protocols
• Navigation of in house systems to relay information on order statuses and due dates for out of stock items
• Liaising with carriers on parcel deliveries and raising claims for lost consignments
• Working in a team to achieve predetermined SLA’s and customer satisfaction


Requirements:

- High school/bachelor degree
- 1-3 years of working experience on the field of Customer Service Delivery in the Shared Service Sector
- Business fluency in English and in Dutch
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Result orientation and strong problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of consumer/business rights
- Customer focused and emphatic
- Keen to work to deadlines and under motivated pressure
- Willing to learn new things, share ideas and support change
- Precise and reliable working style
