Customer Service Representative with CISCO knowledge
Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a Customer Service Representative to their shared services centre.
- Translation of customer orders into a selection of items - Be interface with suppliers and Technical designers/ Sales Engineer to achieve the most cost and time efficient solution - Use of standard and non Standard pricing and capacity management tools in access design. - Allocate or reserve Network resource for orders - Use of standard ordering tools to submit orders into authorized suppliers, both for standard and non-standard equipment - Liaison with in-country teams, and regional project management teams on an order-by-order basis - Attendance at customer sites to do installations or fixes in escalation situations
- IT service desk experience preferably in the telecommunication sector - Basic knowledge of Cisco products - Responsible for translating the technical requirements into a design order - Able to provide technical support to Order manager and Account Team - Willingness to work with bespoke request and pilot orders for new product launches when needed - Strong IT affinity - Excellent communication skills
