CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (SPANISH)
Our multinational partner is looking for a Customer Service Representative with fluent English AND Spanish in their Budapest office.
- Handling incoming customer enquiries - via calls, emails, chat - in line with required service levels and internal protocols
- Assisting customers offering the highest standard of customer support
- Relaying information on order statuses
- Cooperating with vendors
- Interacting with internal departments
- Following the escalation guidelines in case of receiving complex queries
- Degree level education
- Fluency in English AND Spanish is a must!
- 1-2 years' experience in Customers Service or Front Office.
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
