Customer Service Representative - German or French

To their Budapest office, we are currently seeking for Customer Service Agents with German or French languages.
The main responsibilities of a CS Agent:
Satisfy European Customers needs Assist foreigner customers in different kind of problems over the phone, through e-mails and web interface Diagnose and solve logistics, procurement, account related issues Help the clients with step-by-step instructions Log all calls in Excel and tracking database. Requirements: Fluent English AND fluent German / French language knowledge Customer oriented personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer Prior experience in Service Desk/Helpdesk/Customer service fields is an advantage Able to handle monotony Strong work ethic Willingness to learn, develop yourself and be proactive If you want to be a member of a rapidly expanding organization, take an important place in a worldwide known company, use all advantages of your language knowledge and you fulfil the requirements above, apply here with you English CV.
