Customer Services - Mortgage Associate, Hamilton Call Centre
Starting Salary: £16,350

We're open from 7.00am - 12am, Monday to Sunday and operate varying shift patterns within those hours, so you'll need to be flexible to accommodate our customers' needs.

As a key member of our Mortgage Team, you'll be responsible for providing high quality, customer driven service relating to mortgages. You'll genuinely enjoy telephone contact with our customers, and with your exceptional knowledge of key products and services, you'll be generating and maintaining our customer loyalty every time.

We strive to put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Focusing on their needs is essential to identify the ways in which we can help, and with demonstrable experience in a previous customer facing role, you'll be able to build meaningful relationships to deliver a world class service.

As a strong communicator, you will be able to confidently discuss non-regulated products such as mortgages, bank accounts and personal loans with customers, and compile applications while dealing with everyday queries. Your positive and conscientious approach will ensure quality standards are always maintained.
