Customer Service Manager - Big Pharma - Consumer Healthcare
Worldwide known Big Pharma client’s consumer healthcare unit is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join this newly created role in the Supply Chain team.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and mentoring of the customer service team, monitoring of the performance
  • Support the Commercial team by providing excellent customer service for the customers
  • Management of the stock allocation
  • Take part in the daily operative tasks by solving key customer orders (if needed)
  • Improvement of the supply chain efficiency by monitoring the distribution failures
  • Responsibility for the introduction of new supply chain software systems/processes
  • Ensure perfect month end closure activities
  • Attend customer conferences and internal meetings

We are looking for a candidate with a University Degree (preferably in Economics/Logistics) and minimum 5 years’ of experience at a pharmaceutical/consumer goods company in a customer service/logistics role. Deep understanding of supply chain systems and people management experience is an advantage. Candidates with excellent team player attitude and communications skills are welcomed.
