Our multinational client is a leader in its sector and we are currently looking for a Customer Service to their Budapest-based office.

• Receive and handle incoming customer calls, emails, chat enquiries in line with required service levels and protocols • Assist customers via telephone and written correspondence, offering the highest standard of customer support and achieving pre-determined service level • Assisting customers with Web navigation • Following business procedures to resolve enquiries whilst protecting Systemax profitability • Following agreed audit procedures for financially implicated actions • Navigation of in house systems to relay information on order statuses and due dates for out of stock items • Liaising with carriers on parcel deliveries and raising claims for lost consignments • Liaising with vendors • Interacting with other internal departments such as purchasing and accounts payable teams • Working in a team to achieve predetermined SLA’s and customer satisfaction • Following and finding the escalation guidelines/routes in case of receiving complex queries/issues • Participate in activities that improve service levels and customer satisfaction
Skills and knowledge
• 1+ year of working experience on the field of Customer Service Delivery in the Shared Service Sector • High school / bachelor degree • Business fluency in English (B2) and German (B2 – C1) • IT Product knowledge an advantage • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Result orientation and strong problem solving skills • Strong understanding of consumer/business rights • Excellent keyboard skills and computer understanding • Customer focused and empathetic • Keen to work to deadlines and under motivated pressure • Willing to learn new things, share ideas and support change • Confident telephone manner • Precise and reliable working style • Willingness to work on bank holidays • Able to handle ongoing changes and add value to an continuously improving environment
