Our multinational Client operates a Business Service Centre in Budapest. We are looking for a motivated Leader in the following position:
Customer Service Delivery Manager -BSC
In this demanding and high profile role you will lead and develop a team, responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and the continuous improvement required to processes to drive standardisation. In addition, you will manage a range of business improvement projects and your own P&L.

  • University or College degree, preferably in Economics;
  • fluent English language (verbal, written);
  • communication level of German;
  • significant relevant professional work experience in Customer Service area at a service provider company;
  • 3-5 years people management experience;
  • strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages, especially in Excel & PowerPoint;
  • good change management and project management experience;
  • experience in Shared Service environment.
