Customer Service Agent (Multilingual)



Main Task

The eCommerce Customer Service Agent represents the brand and is the first line contact for all incoming requests or queries concerning customer orders or questions concerning the client’s products and services.

Working Hours: 40 hour week / Mon – Fri / 8:00 – 21:00

Exact working hours will be determined on a shift pattern


 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with purchasing products, order enquiries and after sales queries
  • Manage all the requests from the end users coming by phone, chat or e-mail, in accordance with agreed procedures and guidelines
  • Communicate with customers via social media channels
  • Participate in product promotion campaigns
  • Communicate any issues or customer feedback clearly and immediately to the Team Leader


Skills / Attributes Required

  • Exceptional customer service and people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in consumer/sales environments
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel), Social Media and the Internet
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Languages Required

A high level of written and verbal English and one of the following languages

  • French
  • German
