Customer Service Agent (German)

Location:

Tasks:

• Provide essential support to German and Austrian clients in telecommunication queries
• Assist users over the telephone, through e-mail/voice mail, and over web interface.
• Provide advanced support to customers in modifying partner's contracts
• Escalate unsolved calls to the appropriate teams
• Providing information for customers of the company's services
• Informing and offering new services and preferential internet and phone rate packages for clients
• Provide training to other staff members as required,
• Document new technical solutions in knowledge base,
• Document and share best practices with other colleagues.

Expectations:

• Fluency in German knowledge (English knowledge is preferably)
• Good PC handling is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook),
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills,
• Excellent problem solving skills.
