For one of our multinational partners we are looking for a
German Speaking Customer Service agent
- Provide essential support to German and Austrian clients in telecommunication queries
- Assist users over the telephone, through e-mail/voice mail, and over web interface.
- Provide advanced support to customers in modifying partner's contracts
- Escalate unsolved calls to the appropriate teams
- Providing information for customers of the company's services
- Informing and offering new services and preferential internet and phone rate packages for clients
- Provide training to other staff members as required,
- Document new technical solutions in knowledge base,
- Document and share best practices with other colleagues.
- Fluency in German knowledge (English knowledge is preferably)
- Good PC handling is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills,
- Excellent problem solving skills.
