Customer Service Advisor - Swedish Speaking - Surrey, Woking, GU213
Coral Interactive are looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Customer Services Agent for the Woking office. Our Customer Service Agents are responsible for monitoring the process of new customer account openings.
Checking new customer accounts to verify all activity is in accordance with Compliance rules and limits of age and identity
Support the divisions ability to meet prime requirements in the Gambling Act 2005; prevention of crime and protection of minors
Ensure successful verification of customer activation/suspension of accounts
Contact customers to help with verification using on-line tools and support documentation
Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour
Must speak fluent Swedish
Be detail-oriented and able to maintain quality repetitive work
Possess an assured and confident telephone manner.
Have the commitment and discipline to carry out routine tasks swiftly and accurately
Possess a good understanding of online verification systems and some experience of Know Your Customer processes.
Ideally have some knowledge of betting/gaming products
