Customer service Adviser

Must be willing to commute/relocate to Manchester

Working on a rotating shift pattern between the hours of 7am and 11pm from Monday to Sunday (37.5 hours per week).

The customer service adviser role is for people who thoroughly enjoy sales and customer satisfaction whilst making money.

You will have to have that knack for spotting sales any upselling opportunities and be able to overcome objections effectively and confidently.

We are looking for that person who is great at rapport building; who can easily engage with customers giving them all options available to them. We are here to offer the best deal and solution with outstanding service.

Our customer service adviser will thrive with achieving targets with the aim of reaching a great earning potential - how much you earn, well, it's up to you!


Consistently achieving monthly targets and taking those upselling opportunities
Helping customers in choosing the best deal for their needs and overcoming any objections
Problem solving and fact finding, with full understanding of the products you are offering to be able to close the deal in a positive manner - ensuring customers experience is a positive one!
We want people with bubbly and happy personalities with great motivation and drive; able to work on their own initiative and be part of a great and successful sales team.
Skills needed

Have previous experience of working well in a fast paced, dynamic environment within sales, customer services and/or telesales.
Friendly with a positive outlook with excellent interpersonal skills
Be hardworking, punctual and reliable.
Drive and passion for making money.
The ability to communicate persuasively
Bring life experience and personality to the role to include individual talents.
Sharp thinking and an eye for detail
Genuine passion for customer service and be motivated by achieving results
PC literate and the ability to respond professionally to emails
Punctual and reliable as a way of working
