Our site in Zalaegerszeg is looking for talented new colleague for position below:

 

CUSTOMER QUALITY MANAGER

Your Responsibilities in the role:

     * Ensures quality assurance and control for company products and processes

     * Leads and coaches quality assurance team

     * Responsible for customer and internal audits

     * Evaluates production performance based on targets

     * Investigation and identification of system failure, critical control points and preventive measures

     * Analyse risk factors, monitor corrective actions and improvements;

     * Investigation of customer complaints

     * Direct interface to the customer

 

Our requirements towards you:
     * University or college degree in engineering

     * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field of quality

     * Team leader or team managerial experience

     * Demonstrated experience in utilizing quality tools and supplying manufacturers

     * Management and operations experience is an advantage

     * Fluent English

     * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

     * Team oriented, self-motivated personality
