A Customer Order Desk Supervisor position is open at a prestigious multinational company, operating a Business Service Centre in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who would like to shape a continuously growing company’s future. Our client has a very professional, dynamic and friendly team.

As a Customer Order Desk Supervisor, your responsibilities will include the following:

- Effectively lead and manage a multilingual order processing team of 15 persons
- Improving the productivity of the Order Processing Team
- Providing accurate forecasts and future predictions
- Ensuring that Service Level Agreements and KPIs are met
- Handling escalations and major issues
- Participating in process development
- Setting and documenting objectives and targets
- Monitoring of customer satisfaction

To be considered an ideal candidate for this role, you will need to have a university or college degree in Business studies as well as 3-5 years of experience in the field of Order Management in a Team Leader or Supervisor role, at a Shared Service Centre. You are also required to have SAP experience, and strong problem solving skills along with outstanding communication skills. An innovative and flexible personality as well as fluent English are also crucial. German language knowledge is an advantage.
