About this job
The purpose of this role is to support the creation, production, print, maintenance, stock management and fulfilment of customer literature across all BHF / BHC products.
For many members the communications they receive when they join / renew are the primary impression that they have of the Bupa brand - so at the heart of the team's responsibilities is a need to ensure all member literature is accurate, on brand and fit for purpose. This will ensure customers and prospects experience integrated direct communications in the UK, which build a consistent, coherent and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• To take a brief from key stakeholders within the business and develop the required literature to satisfy an identified customer need.
• To write creative briefs and manage work with external agencies.
• To support literature requirements on all segments / products across BHF / BHC.
• To adhere to / support the planning process to prioritise and manage workloads.
• To be a key point of contact for key stakeholders including sales teams, segment marketing teams (Corporate, SME and B2C) legal and compliance to advise and support on projects / briefs being delivered.
• To ensure the right customer receives the right literature at the right time in their customer journey.
• To be a key point of contact for the business on any aspect of the team's work (stock, fulfilment, look & feel, design, print, product codes, project briefs).
• To support the Customer Literature Manager to develop streamlined processes and ensure all cross-functional stakeholders are aware and compliant with the process.
• To ensure that all documentation is clearly mapped in a customer journey matrix.
• To support provisioning with updates / amendments to the business' rules and benefits (across all customer groups / segments) and enable rules review activity.
• To ensure that the Bupa Brand Guidelines are adhered to in all customer literature.
• To ensure that the way in which we communicate with customers about their rules and policy benefits is clear, fair and not misleading.

Specific Skills
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent, with commercial experience.
• Previous experience working in an agency is desirable.
• Experience of briefing and managing through creative briefs and print requirements would be useful.
• Previous marketing experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid analytical and numeric skills.
