Customer Insight Analysis Manager - Swindon, City, SN3 1TA

• A Customer Insight Analysis Manager in our head offices in Swindon
• £39,727 - £50,762 a year (commensurate with experience) on an open-ended contract

Our Customer Insight team is here to look to identify opportunities to deepen our customer relationships and generate value for both customers and the business. We're looking to guide strategic thinking in customer marketing and the product and channel business areas by having a thorough understanding of how our customers behave across all of their product holdings.

Who we're looking for
You'll need to:
• be educated to degree level
• have practical experience of complex data manipulation in SAS and have a proven history of interpreting data, drawing conclusions and conveying your results to your stakeholders.
• be proactive and passionate about what you do and show evidence of your availability to encourage those around you to share your mindset
• have excellent people skills and to demonstrate that you can prioritise what really matters when presented with many different demands on your resources. You'll be keen to make a difference in a marketing department that's leading-edge.

What you'll be doing
Our Customer Insight team answer key business questions for a variety of stakeholders from across the organisation. As a Customer Insight manager you'll be producing value-adding analysis, often to very tight timescales, and you'll be responsible for the development and timely delivery of key business metrics.

You'll be required to:
•Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to fully understand their business objectives and analysis needs
•Agree and prioritise analysis requirements and communicate insight to support business decisions
•Identify key customer insights and make data-supported recommendations which improve business understanding
•Design, construct and implement appropriate analytical processes which support retail strategy objectives.
•Communicate knowledge, insights and recommendations in a way that is clear, succinct and action orientated
