- Responsible for ensuring high quality customer service reporting for the BSC which enables both the business and the BSC to make effective decisions
- Designs, and produces high quality data and reports to enable the root cause of customer complaints and queries to be understood and reduced
- Provides high quality ad hoc reports and analysis as required for senior management and other key stakeholder
- Participates in a monthly cycle with EMEA representatives to review progress against targets, highlight problems and report on analysis and action planning
- Identifies trends and issues and feeds these back in a timely manner
- Participates in specific initiatives to launch new products or improve processes
- Is responsible for the roll out of specific initiatives within the countries – eg. recognition schemes, communication, training as required

- Have University or College degree preferably in Economics or Finance
- Have high level analytic skills, including advanced excel skills
- Have ability to understand the big picture and maintain good eye for detail
- Have strong coaching and facilitation skills
- Have excellent English plus additional European language is an advantage
