  • Execution and management of contract changes, being responsible for the proper and acceptable changes of the contractual documents in a joint alignment with subject matter experts of T-Systems and legal consultants
  • Leading and settlement of claim disputes in both directions
  • Contractual and legal consulting for the company staff working for the customer contract
  • Contract negotiations with the customer
  • Representation of the company contract management in governance bodies with the customer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or at least 3 years relevant experience
  • Fluent English and German at an intermediary level is required
  • Knowledge and comprehension of contractual law and principles
  • Basic knowledge and comprehension of German civil law (BGB)
  • Advanced IT skills, basic knowledge at least one of the followings: WAN-Services, LAN-Services, Voice-Services, Mobile phone Services, Special Voice-Services, Collaboration-Service
  • Negotiation skills
