- provide support to the customer within requested area - advise customers on appropriate actions on the phone - cooperate with upper levels of technical support and field service engineers - answer inbound customer calls -check quality of service tickets in customer service applications
- good level of English - excellent verbal and written communication skills - experience working with customers will be an asset - knowledge of MS Office package
