Our prestigious multinational client is looking for:

Italian Speaking Customer Advisor

The person will become part of a new team in the company’s Shared Service Centre in Budapest. The objective of this role is to provide outstanding service and help in an appropriate manner for private customers and company clients.

 

 

Tasks:

  • Provide support for customers and for company clients in Italian
  • Answer contacts promptly and professionally mostly via telephone
  • Keep contact and support partners
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Ad-hock and general problem solving
  • Administration of all partner related activities
  • Provide high level of customer service, show empathy for the customers in any case
  • Reporting to the team leader, take part on team meetings and internal trainings

Requirements:

  • Advanced Italian language skills
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Customer orientated personality
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitasking and
  • Dynamic, positive, open personality
  • Ability to identify solutions and able to solve ad hock problems
  • University/college degree is advantageous
