Customer Advisor - Contact Centre

We're looking for a talented Customer Advisor to join our dynamic Contact Centre team and answer customer queries over the phone, enjoying flexible working hours and plenty of scope for growth and professional development.
We're renowned for providing our customers with a first-class service - as one of our Customer Advisors, you'll be no different. Whether you're transferring money, promoting products or resolving problems, you'll put their needs at the heart of every call. And as you'll only be expected to work a maximum of 35 hours per week (combination of early and late shifts), you'll get to enjoy a good work-life balance too.
To join us as a Customer Advisor, you'll need excellent communication skills, solid product knowledge and experience of building customer relationships. Matching our products to individual needs won't be a problem for you. Of course, you'll take great pride in what you do, and have a genuine passion for providing the best possible customer experience.
