Credit control and treasury team manager

Description of position:    Plan, manage, control and optimize credit facilities & risk and cash flow in order to minimize financial expenses. Ensure receivables from sales and other activities are collected and co-ordinate related tasks in line with the client's policies.

Duties:    Manage sales network audit team and control the direct sales operation activities in the field from a cash and credit perspective.

Maintain a clear credit risk strategy. Manage credit risk through thourough financial analysis of customer portfolio. Manage required securities (bank guarantees, credit insurance, etc...) whilst ensuring compliance to local and global policies.

Monitor and manage accounts receivables and manage overdue receivables in line with internal policies in co-operation with the sales department. Ensure maximum efficiency in cash allocation and minimize financial expenses.

Make Treasury report and execute all administrative tasks related to banking (change in signatories, monitor and administer bank guarantees, keep relationship with banks, etc.).

Performs financial tasks related to receivables and ensures analytical and general ledger accounts of accounts receivables reconcile.

Prepare weekly and monthly report on balance of receivables. Keep contact with sales department, branch facilities, salesforce, and credit controllers in order to minimize bad debts.

Motivate, improve, lead and manage the work of Treasury and Credit Control team members.

Requirements, skills:    University or college degree

3-5 years of experience in similar position

SAP and MS Office literate, legal knowledge (FMH, VH, lawsuits, and proceedings at registration courts)

Hungarian and advanced English knowledge

Striving for quality

Known languages:    Hungarian and advanced English knowledge
