Credit Collector and Administrator / UK & Italy
we are looking for colleagues

We are looking for a colleague in a SSC in Hungary – Credit Collector and Administrator / UK &Italy position.


  • Managing a portfolio of customers to maximize cash collection.
  • Follow outstanding balance and conduct pre collection call, ensuring overdue invoices are collected with minimal delay.
  • Collection is performed via phone and emails.
  • Follow incoming payments and provide Accounts Receivables sufficient information for cash application.
  • Handle held orders.
  • Administrational duties include record keeping, archiving, reporting.
  • Resolving customer queries.
  • Liaise with Location/Sales contacts to resolve commercial discrepancy and or credit problems.
  • Help to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Escalating problems to Credit Manager.
  • Assure compliance to Alcoa’s control objectives.


  • Strong communication skills (writing and speaking), fluent in Italian and English,
  • Education in Finance or Accounting,
  • Related work experience at Commercial or Banking sphere,
  • Good computer and typing skills are required. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel,
  • Analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills are required,
  • Creative approach and ability to work both independently and in team situations,
  • Ability to work in a high pressure high intensity environment where numerous requests are being requested simultaneously,
  • Ability to prioritize tasks,
  • Clear criminal records are required. Request for certificate will be processed by the company.
